a five year financial profile of the canal
based theatre company was prepared with the
senior staff and trustees of the Mikron Theatre
Company. This plan formed the basis of grant
aid applications to the Arts Council. |

Maryport Educational
Settlement
The preparation of a financial plan for the
operation of a training, education and community
arts organisation based on a restored historic
building in Maryport, West Cumbria. The financial
plan formed the basis of discussion with
potential funding bodies and was prepared
to help the trustees test the long-term viability
of the project. |

Groundwork Trusts
Six year income and expenditure profiles
for new and expanded trusts have been prepared
for Groundwork Trusts in Derby and Derbyshire,
Luton and South Bedfordshire and North Northamptonshire.
These plans and forecasts were prepared as
part of bids for core funding for new or
extended trusts from the ODPM and Groundwork
UK. |

Bollington Discovery
Centre
The financial plan for the operation of a small
community managed visitor centre and associated
shop to be managed by the Bollington Civic
Society. The financial and management plan
was required as part of applications for funding
from the Heritage Lottery Fund and the Cheshire
Rural Recovery Fund. |
